Terms of Service

By registering for or using KonekBid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

KonekBid is a procurement marketplace that aggregates Philippine government procurement opportunities from PhilGEPS and enables private-sector listing owners to post opportunities directly. KonekBid is an intelligence and matching tool — we are not a procuring entity, a bid agent, or a party to any procurement contract.

Match scores and qualification assessments are estimates only. They are provided as decision-support tools and are never a guarantee of winning a bid or meeting the requirements of a procuring entity. Suppliers are responsible for verifying all bid requirements directly with the procuring entity before submitting any bid.

Eligibility: Supplier accounts are for businesses registered in the Philippines, primarily targeting PhilGEPS-registered suppliers.

Profile accuracy: Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including PhilGEPS registration number, capitalization, and uploaded compliance documents. KonekBid does not verify the authenticity of documents uploaded to the Compliance Vault.

Data use: By uploading compliance documents, you grant KonekBid a limited licence to use that data to compute your qualification scores. Documents are not shared with third parties without your action.

Listing accuracy: Owners are responsible for the accuracy of all posted opportunities, including budget figures, deadlines, and requirements. Misleading listings may result in account suspension.

Pay-per-post (listing owners): Each listing requires payment of ₱299 (pay-per-post) or an active ₱1,999/month subscription. Payments are non-refundable once a listing is published.

Private listings only (Phase 1): KonekBid Direct listings are for private-sector opportunities only. Government agencies post via PhilGEPS — not directly on KonekBid in Phase 1.

RA 12009 notice: Owners who are procuring entities under RA 9184 should use PhilGEPS for official government procurement. KonekBid Direct listings are not a substitute for the official PhilGEPS posting requirement.

KonekBid aggregates publicly available data from PhilGEPS for intelligence purposes. PhilGEPS data is the property of the Philippine Government Procurement Service — Government Procurement Policy Board (PS-GPPB). KonekBid does not claim ownership of PhilGEPS data. We display it to help suppliers identify opportunities — not to reproduce or resell the data.

Payments are processed by PayMongo or, where offered, Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (the charge on your card statement and the invoice then name Lemon Squeezy). By subscribing, you authorise KonekBid to charge your selected payment method on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yearly plans are a single payment for twelve months of access. Where Lemon Squeezy is the payment provider, monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; where PayMongo is the provider, each payment buys one period and we email you a reminder before it ends. Fees already paid for a period are not refunded when you cancel; you keep access until that period ends. Moving to a higher plan starts a new period from the date you pay, without credit for unused time on the lower plan.

KonekBid reserves the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

You may not use KonekBid to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute PhilGEPS or KonekBid data at scale
• Interfere with platform operation or circumvent security measures
• Violate RA 9184, RA 12009, or any applicable procurement regulation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits

KonekBid is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that match scores are accurate, that opportunities are current, or that using the platform will result in winning bids. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, KonekBid's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

KonekBid may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
