The Government Procurement Reform Act (as amended) mandates full digital procurement. The 3-year transition runs from the GPPB approval of the standard forms on 14 May 2025 and ends in May 2028. KonekBid is built in alignment with this transition — aggregating PhilGEPS opportunities, streamlining supplier qualification, and supporting the move to paperless procurement.

KonekBid collects and processes supplier personal data — including business registration details, compliance documents, and contact information. We handle this data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

• Row-Level Security enforced — no cross-tenant data access
• Compliance documents stored in private Supabase Storage (not publicly accessible)

KonekBid aggregates publicly available PhilGEPS bid notices for supplier intelligence purposes. We do not participate in procurement processes on behalf of suppliers, do not submit bids, and do not interact with procuring entities. Suppliers use KonekBid to prepare — then engage with the official PhilGEPS process directly.

KonekBid's match engine (v1.0) is rule-based and deterministic — no machine learning or generative AI is used in qualification scoring. AI-assisted features (bid document parsing, LLM-based matching) are planned for Phase 2 and will undergo AIRA certification before deployment. All match scores are labeled as estimated and never guaranteed.
