KonekBid is a procurement marketplace operated by TAVARA HOLDINGS OPC (SEC Registration No. 2026050252208-01), a company registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

KonekBid.com connects Philippine suppliers with government and private procurement opportunities. For data privacy inquiries, contact: [email protected]

Account data: Email address, full name, phone number, account type (supplier or owner).

Supplier profile data: Business name, business type, industry, PhilGEPS registration number, capitalization, years operating, area of operation.

Compliance documents: Business permits, BIR certificates, SEC/DTI registrations, financial statements, and other government-required procurement documents. These are sensitive personal data under RA 10173.

Owner profile data: Business name, business type, contact person name and email.

Usage data: Opportunity views, match scores computed, bid tracking actions, messages sent. Used to improve the platform — not sold to third parties.

Payment data: Subscription tier and billing status. Card details are handled directly by our payment provider (PayMongo, or Lemon Squeezy where it is offered) — KonekBid does not store card numbers. Where Lemon Squeezy is used, it acts as merchant of record and receives your email address, name and account reference to process the purchase.

We use your data to:

• Provide the KonekBid platform and its features
• Compute qualification match scores against procurement opportunities
• Send deadline alerts, match digests, and platform notifications
• Process subscription payments via PayMongo or Lemon Squeezy
• Improve matching accuracy and platform performance
• Comply with our legal obligations under Philippine law

Documents you upload to the Compliance Vault are stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket. They are accessible only to you and are used solely to compute your qualification score. Documents are never shared with procuring entities, owners, or third parties without your explicit action.

Win/loss data from your bid tracking history may be used in aggregate (anonymised) to improve qualification scoring accuracy. Individual outcomes are never shared externally.

Messages sent between suppliers and owners through KonekBid are stored in our database and are accessible only to the two parties in the conversation. Message content is not used for advertising or shared with third parties. Messages may be retained to resolve disputes.

We share your data only with:

• Supabase — database and file storage infrastructure
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• PayMongo — payment processing
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and merchant of record, where offered

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is used
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to processing

KonekBid uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookies) and optional analytics cookies. You can decline optional cookies via the cookie banner. Essential cookies cannot be declined as they are required for the platform to function.

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Compliance documents are deleted on account closure. Payment records are retained for 5 years per applicable tax and accounting requirements.

We may update this Privacy Notice. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of KonekBid after notice constitutes acceptance.
